Fundraising for the Women Aviators Exhibit

We are calling on our incredible community to help revive the Women Aviators Exhibit at the Oakland Aviation Museum. With your support, we can honor so many trailblazing women who have shaped aviation history and who continue to inspire future generations to reach for the skies.

Your donation helps preserve a legacy and ensures the extraordinary contributions of women in aviation continue to inspire!

Why Donate? –  The Oakland Airport has been a hub of groundbreaking achievements by women in aviation who include:

Amelia Earhart – An icon of perseverance and adventure.

Bessie Coleman – Honored with a street here, the first African American and Native American woman pilot.

Maggie Gee – A local hero from Berkley, Chinese-American pilot, and WASP during WWII.

Each donation includes one free museum entry so that you can visit and experience this legacy firsthand.

All donations are tax-deductible.

Currently, we are promoting a fundraiser event for Giving Tuesday that will run until December 7, 2024.

Please click on the link below to donate and note is for OAM.
